  • We have decided on a package and location, how do we proceed?
    Congratulations on getting one step closer to saying “I Do!” Now, that you have chosen your package all you need to do is dial Ultimate USA Weddings and speak with one of our wedding planners. They will ask you for your vision of the day and what you would like to ensure that everything is just the way you imaged. Shortly after you will receive a contract outlining your day and the cost; you will then be asked for a 50% deposit to hold your special day and to begin making your arrangements i.e. booking your photographer or a restaurant.
  • We are not from the US, but want to get married there. What do we need?
    In order to be married in the US you will need to apply for a marriage license in the state you have chosen to be wed in. Your wedding planner will handle all your paper work so, that you are worry free on your day! You will meet your planner at least 24 hours before your wedding day and apply for a license together. You will need your passports, birth certificates and any divorce papers if applicable. Once at the City Clerk’s office you will fill out all the required forms and receive your license, which is valid 24 hours after you have received it. On the day of your wedding your Officiant, witness as well as both the bride and groom will need to complete the license by signing it. Once signed your wedding planner will deliver your license back to the City Clerk’s Office where they will process it and send it to your home; this process takes at least 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Will our marriage be legally recognized in the UK?
    Yes. All ceremonies are performed in accordance with British Law and are legally recognized as binding. If you aren’t British, however, we recommend you contact your relevant Consulate or Embassy to establish the requirements of your marriage abroad.
  • Can I get married any day and time of the week?
    Weddings are performed 7 days a week. Ceremony times can be requested at any hour of the day.
  • What type of ceremony will we have?
    You will receive a ceremony questionnaire for you and your partner to complete; we will then be able to personalize your ceremony. The ceremony will be approximately 15 minutes in duration and is performed by a non-denominational Officiant.
  • My partner and I do not have any guest coming, is that ok?
    When getting married in the State of New York, it is necessary to have a witnesses present. If you do not have your own witness Ultimate USA can provide you with one.
  • What will my bridal bouquet look like?
    The flowers included in your package will be a beautiful bouquet of freshly hand-tied roses and a matching buttonhole for your groom. The bouquet will be made up of nearly 2 dozen Vendela roses flown in from Ecuador and filled with fresh greenery. You will have the opportunity to choose the color of your roses; our most popular color requests are red, pink, and cream however, if you need help deciding please let your wedding planner know the color and style of your dress and they can perhaps point you in the right direction. If you find yourself wanting to add an additional color rose to your bouquet or any other type of flower that will be considered an additional upgrade and will be quoted separately.
  • What is the role of our Wedding Planner?
    Your wedding planner is available to you throughout your planning process from the marriage license to the moment you leave for your honeymoon, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Their role is to listen to your wedding day needs and desires and make them a reality. They will arrange your photographer, videographer, flowers and restaurants all within your budget. On the day of your ceremony your planner will be by your side ensuring that every detail is perfect so, that you have a worry free day.
  • My package does not include a few items that I would like for my wedding such as flowers and a hairstylist; can you arrange this for me?
    Absolutely! Ultimate USA Weddings is a full service wedding planning company we can offer you everything from hair and make up to bouquets with jewels; the sky’s the limit all you have to do is ask. Please visit our Additional Services Page to customize your special day.
  • We want to end our wedding with a celebration meal, can you recommend anywhere?
    Yes, we work with the best restaurants in town and would be happy to help you find the perfect one.
  • Is gratuity for my wedding planner and Officiant included?
    No, we do not include gratuity in our packages. However, if you are pleased with the service you received you are welcome to show your gratitude with a monetary gift.
  • What if I have additional questions?
